The base price is 60,00 € per night for one or two people. For three people the price is 75,00 € and 90,00€ for four. Children under 5 years stay free. The minimum stay is 2 nights. For stays of 7 days then please contact us and we will let you know our best offer.
Sheets and towels are available to guests in a standard kit. It is possible to have the laundry, paying extra for additional 5 euros. Cleaning service costs 30,00 € up to 3 people and 40,00 € for 4. A deposit of 100,00 € is required upon delivery of the keys and will be returned upon departure if there are damages. General Conditions
No smoking apartments.

Payment on arrival and deposit cash.
Check-in from 14.00 and check-out at 11.00.
To make a reservation you must pay an advance of 20% of the total cost of the stay by bank transfer but not less than 100 euros.
The standard kit includes linen: 1 full bed, 1 towel plus 1 shower towel.
The guest is responsible for the safekeeping of his belongings during the entire period of stay.
The use of the apartment and condominium shares shall be under the responsibility of the host.
The owner is not responsible for any damage to the host and the things it owns.
The owner is authorized, if necessary, to enter the apartment.
The guest agrees to pay a lump sum for the final cleaning, as indicated by the owner at the time of booking. The cleaning does not include washing dishes, which must be left clean, or disposal of waste of any kind, which must be disposed of as directed by the guest received. Otherwise, and in case of refund in the apartment particular situation of disorder and dirt, can be applied further costs.
In the event that the apartment is returned with damage, the owner is allowed to retain the sum paid by way of security and request any further sums as compensation for the damage observed.
